Job PurposeThe Graphic Designer position at Wana Brands is an integral role within our team, responsible for the creation and management of various design projects. This position will involve collaborating and executing assets to ensure the production of high-quality, brand-compliant materials for both digital and print mediums across multiple markets with a focus on production work. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in maintaining the visual identity and consistency of Wana Brands' design assets.Wana Brands is an infused marijuana products manufacturer located in Boulder, Colorado.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop and execute engaging print and digital marketing materials, including product labels, business cards, dispensary signage, and presentations, while adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.Take ownership of design projects for multiple markets, ensuring timely and efficient project management.Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.Work enthusiastically, respectfully, and collaboratively with other project team members.Demonstrate creative thinking to conceptualize and implement new design layouts and graphics.Work on tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines.Organize and maintain raw files.Actively participate in team meetings to discuss assignment parameters.Prepare and upload print-ready design files, while effectively communicating with print vendors.Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.Take on additional tasks as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability to contribute beyond the designated role.Job Requirements:

Knowledge of marketing/branding.In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Illustrator and Photoshop are a must.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva.Extreme attention to detail.Information literacy.Strong capabilities in design layout, typography, and photo editing.Creative problem-solving skills.Passion for the cannabis industry.Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively.Effective communication skills to articulate design choices clearly.Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic work environment.Positive and enthusiastic attitude.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct reports or supervisory responsibility.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, related field, or equivalent experience.A portfolio of past projects.Preferred Qualifications

Two to five years of professional graphic design experience.Compensation and Benefits
