About Nite Ize

Nite Ize is a Boulder-based company that distributes over 500 innovative products worldwide to the largest retailers in the world. We pride ourselves in being fun and functional, trusted and innovative, and obsessively dedicated to making products that are not only guaranteed for life but guaranteed to improve your life. We are focused on creatively solving everyday problems through inventions like the Spotlit pet light, Steelie magnetic phone mounts, Gear Tie reusable rubber twist ties, S-biner dual carabiners and more!

Our success is rooted in integrity and in keeping our promises to each other and to our customers. Nite Ize provides employees an exceptional workplace that is respectful and considerate. We value our employees, and, in return, our employees have been the key contributors to our success since 1989.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is driven to hone their craft, loves working on interesting products, and enjoys being part of a fun creative team. We launch an impressive number of products twice a year, so there's always something new and interesting to work on (seriously, you'll never be bored here).

While we have established brand guidelines and design templates, we like when a designer can find those areas to put their own creative spin on the work. A non-negotiable is solid pre-press skills. You build clean files - period. You also understand the importance of good backups, organized files and server folder etiquette.

We work hard individually and as a team. We need a team player who is excited to jump in on a variety of projects at any given time. Somedays it's a lot of detail work. Sometimes it's brainstorming as part of a larger team. Other times it's printing and installing a pull up banner or making a mockup. Some days you might find yourself working on a photo shoot, being in a Gear Genius video or carefully prepping packaging files to release. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to successfully execute all creative deliverables on time.

If you are someone who can keep a smile while rolling with challenges and are ready to dive in and build strong work as part of a creative team, we want to meet you!

The position for Senior Graphic Designer will be open until June 30, 2024.
