Job Summary

The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for the market success of ZOLL's Public Safety Software solutions and Mobilize Trauma Kits. You will help drive the growth, awareness, and positioning of these solutions within the global market. You will be responsible for the go to market strategy, management and development of marketing materials, sales tools and training content for Rescue Ready Services and Mobilize Rescue Systems. You will work closely with global product management, global channel marketing, and global marketing communications in supporting the mission of the global sales team and our distribution partners in the continued growth of ZOLL's Public Safety portfolio. You will be the "go-to" expert, help drive strategy and deliver best in class support and content to the field and our distribution partners.

Essential Functions

Be the product marketing expert for ZOLL's Rescue Ready Services and Mobilize Trauma Kits.Help define strategy and roadmap prioritization in collaboration with product management based on identified global market requirements and opportunities.Develop pricing, segmentation and go to market strategies for our public access software solutions encompassing Rescue Ready Services.Define and create sales tools to ensure the ZOLL sales teams and our distributor sales teams can effectively articulate needs, benefits and features to end-user customers.Develop value analysis tools including calculators, guides, presentations and competitive comparison to assist the field and business partners.Work closely with sales, distribution and other internal and external team members as the subject matter expert. Regularly assist with trainings, competitive expertise and large tender opportunities.Develop training content for sales and distribution; define process with internal teams and field for innovative delivery within a diverse landscape.Support of ZOLL sales teams with information necessary to respond to product related customer and distributor inquires as well as product information needed to respond to bids and RFPs.Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree required and7-10 years product marketing experience working with B2B tech-based product preferredand/or SAAS (software as a service) products.Medical device services or first aid and safety experience a plusExperience with product marketing for a distribution-based selling modelPrevious experience in first aid or COR (EMT, Paramedic, certified First Aid, AED/CPR trainer, etc. a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred knowledge of SAAS based products with experience driving strategy, pricing and go to market planning with solutions.Understanding of marketing a blended service offering.Self-starter with demonstrated marketing tool/materials development working with cross functional and internal teams.Strong team player, proven ability in working effectively cross functionally.Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills.Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation skills.Travel Requirements

Up to 10-20% annually, both domestic and international.Physical Demands
