Summary -

The lead graphic designer is responsible for bringing our brands to life in retailers, e-commerce and On Premise accounts across the country while supporting the overall marketing vision for Stella Rosa, Stella Rosa Brandy, San Antonio Specialty, Spritz del Conte, and other Innovation Brands. They lead the creative vision to inspire and provide leadership to customer marketing designers. The lead graphic designer for the customer marketing team is the liaison between marketing strategy, sales needs/tools and visual design. They will build, execute and maintain brand standards whilst working closely with the brand teams to bring brand strategy to life in retail and online.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leads and inspires graphic designers. Coaches, mentors and provides design guidance and creative briefs to ensure continued growth.Reviews and approves creative before projects move on to Senior Customer Marketing Manager.Collaborate cross functionally with lead designer peers (brand team) to bring brand campaigns to life at retail and in On-Premise channels.Meet on a regular cadence with the Brand Team and Customer Marketing (Trade and Shopper programs) to identify and execute campaign direction and assets.Join briefing calls/meetings with Customer Marketing (Trade and Shopper programs) and sales to gather information for clear and concise POS/sales tool briefs.Join briefing calls/meetings with Events Team to gather information for clear and concise POS/retail tool briefs.Comfortable with building presentations, sell sheets and other sales tools and bringing creative and analytical data to drive brand strategy.Partner with Senior Customer Marketing Manager to collaborate, receive feedback and look ahead to manage designer workloads.Maintain timeline of multiple and concurrent projects through the Asana tool, ensuring deadlines and milestones are on track to be met.Delegate tasks as needed to team members to ensure forward progress to achieve deadlines.Subject matter expert on retail and On-Premise tools, trainings, and workshops to support junior designers.Attend/Host trade shows, lunch and learn to share expertise and educate peers on brand identity.Ability to influence and guide junior designers and peers as the subject matter expert in sales tools for retail, On-Premise and E-commerce.Check in daily with the design team on where the campaign is at, path forward, identifying any barriers, and escalating to Senior Customer Marketing Manager.Owns major customer marketing design projects with high visibility from start to finish.Provides recommendations on new and innovative POS concepts.Maintains good rapport and is the contact point for external vendors and contractors.Support sales decks to support multiple facets of the business.Supports various projects on an as needed basis for Marketing Department.Minimum Qualifications:

Portfolio required.Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field preferredMinimum of 3 years of Leadership and Management experience within a marketing role.Minimum 5 years of experience working as a mid-level Graphic Designer.Minimum 3 years of experience working withing CPG specializing in Food & BeverageUnderstanding of design in brand marketing, with a focus on customer marketing (trade and shoppers sales tools). Off/On Premise experience. E-commerce a plus.Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed.Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite.Experience in Audio/Editing/3D Imaging/Motion Graphics a plus.Bilingual a plus - Spanish.

Pay Range

$70,000-$80,000 USD
