Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Creative Director, or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across print and digital media.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.Creative Director Responsibilities:
Lead the creative direction and design of promotional items, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content.Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Develop and maintain the organizations visual identity and brand guidelines.Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to create cohesive and compelling visual content.Oversee the design and production of digital media, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, and online advertisements.Coordinate with external vendors and printers to produce high-quality print materials.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the organizations design capabilities.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and other team members.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing and promotional strategies.Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay: $80,000-125,000
