Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling and impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support our mission of fostering hope and healing in the recovery community.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of mediums including digital and print collateral, social media, website assets, advertising materials, and more.Translate complex concepts and data into engaging visual representations that resonate with our target audience.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design quality and effectiveness.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house creative team.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.Experience in the healthcare or addiction recovery industry is a plus, but not required.Benefits:
