Overview

The Position

We are seeking a

Vice President

to join our Integrated Marketing team. This is a senior level position where you'll have the opportunity to drive social media success for brands and executives and implement best practices in new business efforts. Knowledge and demonstrated passion for social, paid media, influencer marketing and content campaigns, methods and approaches, is required.

You will be responsible for multiple integrated accounts, particularly for social media strategy and execution, working closely with peers in public relations, paid media and influencer marketing. You will also be managing a team of direct reports. Clients will include B2B, B2C and non-profit entities.

What You'll Do

Providing on-going strategic counsel for various clients in consumer, non-profit and government sectorsContributes strategic insights leveraged to develop client plans and secure new business opportunitiesMaintains regular client contact, both verbal and written to develop a senior relationshipDevelops annual client growth plansForecast budgets, track project utilization and provide invoice detailsWorks with account teams to develop big picture skills vis-à-vis strategic planning, client development, etc.Writes and/or edits materials (strategy, digital content, social audits) with keen eyeSupervises junior team members (e.g. account executives, social media managers)Articulates the value proposition for all agency servicesActively markets the firm through participation at industry eventsPromotes and upholds Allison's core valuesQualifications

What You'll Need

Requires prior VP or director level experience in advertising, marketing or a related fieldProven track record in driving organic growth and business developmentSelf-motivated, eager to learn and enthusiastic about the workThinks strategically and creativelyDeep marketing knowledge and experience leading a cross-functional group to strategic solutions for clientsHas a reputation for being a strategic partner and soft skills to build trusted internal and external relationshipsBuilds innovative strategies to achieve objectivesAbility to manage expectations appropriately and effectivelyTrack-record in developing integrated programs for accounts/clients; award-winning experience is a plusDirect management experienceExperience supporting overall agency, department, or office growthDeft in budget management, resource allocation, contract negotiationBenefits

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $120k-$175k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
