Job Description Summary

Account Executives at Clarity manage the day-to-day activities on their accounts, working proactively and collaboratively with team and client to further the agreed programs.

As an Account Executive at Clarity, you will:

Manage day-to-day account activities and oversee project timelines and deliverables.Drive client programs using various communication tactics (media relations, content creation, social media management, event organization).Develop communication materials (media pitches, press releases, social media content).Organize and support in-person and virtual events (media briefings, webinars, VIP receptions).Oversee junior staff in executing client programs (content development, influencer campaigns, media engagement).Participate in client status meetings, addressing feedback and maintaining client relationships.Contribute innovative ideas to improve client results and adapt plans as needed.Exhibit strong written and communication skills.Serve as an inclusive and collaborative leader/mentor.Collaborate positively with colleagues and provide project updates.Show initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness in managing projects.Motivate and engage teams, lead relevant projects, and participate in creative meetings.Support business development efforts (conduct research, prepare materials, participate in intake calls and presentations).About you:

Prior experience in an in-house communications role or communications agency settingExhibit expertise in developing and implementing integrated communications programs that go beyond traditional media relationsPossess strong knowledge of the various client sectors in which we operateStrong written and verbal communications skillsFlawless attention to detailStrong organization and time management skillsDemonstrate good judgment and is able to solve problems independently when neededIs a good listener. Display empathy and respect toward clients and colleagues; is able to give and receive constructive feedbackPrior experience as an inclusive and collaborative people leader / mentorWe seek to inspire and motivate - our team, our partners and beyond

Salary range

New York: $55,000 - $65,000
