In this role, you will:Write/develop engaging marketing materials, with an emphasis on Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFPs/RFQs), staff resumes and project descriptions.Support the firm with writing memorable eblasts, press releases and awards.Possess excellent creative writing, communication, grammar and editing skills, and working knowledge of Adobe Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, PDF, etc.Collaborate with teams to understand their marketing needs.Ideally possess 5 years of relevant experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry.Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)401k with company matchDiscretionary bonusesCompany-wide closure from Christmas Eve to New Year’sMedical, dental, vision and chiropracticLife/AD&D/LTDPaid vacation, sick, and holidaysSalary Range:
