Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Day Shift
Coordinates team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model. Exercises independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
3 years Recent management or supervisory experience. Supervisory experience may include leading teams in performance improvement activities. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to two years of the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree.
2 years Management experience in like sized unit.
