Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

We’re seeking a creative, versatile, and collaborative Video Producer who will play a pivotal role in helping shape our CXO multimedia content, bringing projects to life with their innovative approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality video content overseeing the pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production editing of projects.
2. Work with staff writers and internal producers to execute weekly multimedia deliverables including videos, photography, and graphic elements.
3. Film and direct talent on camera, both on location in our production studio.
4. Able to source quality stock footage, music, and content for projects.
5. Follow established SOPs to produce recurring video content and training materials and distribute in our LMS platform.
6. Ensure projects meet strategic objectives by measuring and monitoring work results.
7. Travel as needed.

Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.

Minimum two years professional or corporate experience in video production and content creation.

Video portfolio showcasing relevant and recent work examples.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Strong creative eye and natural sense of storytelling and design principles.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
3. Demonstrated expertise in production equipment, lighting, camera operation, and audio.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change.
7. Actively seeks and integrates feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.

Salary Ranges

Compensation : $63,150.00 / Year - $90,000.00 / Year
