Talent Space, Inc. is looking for a Sr. Product Designer for a remote contract opportunity!
We're looking for a senior product designer to help create exceptional experiences that will transform the way our client supports thousands of global team members. You will play a foundation role in the development of exciting new products that support the interactions between our client and their leaders, ExecOps, and people support partners
Your background:6+ years of UX/product design experience, fueled by experience with user-centered design.Experience with balancing the big picture with meticulous attention to detail.Customer-centric thinking: You dive deep into audience needs, test hypotheses, and measure the magic you create.You're the bridge between user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities.Comfortable conducting and summarizing insights from qualitative and quantitative research.Strong Figma proficiency and experience with interface designAn orientation to creating positive service experiencesExperience collaborating successfully with designers, developers, product managers, and other team members.Experience building custom business applicationsAble to assimilate with the team quickly and iteratively collaborate with stakeholdersLarge tech companyPreferred Skills
Experience in internal tooling for EnterprisesExperience with Lean UX and rapid deliveryAn interest in team buildingA healthy tolerance for ambiguityFigma, Jira, Confluence is a plusResponsibilities:• Be the driver and owner of the complete user experience, from early-stage research and ideation, through implementation and iteration based on key success metrics• Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, product managers, technical program managers, and engineers throughout all stages of the production cycle• Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications• Analyze customer problems to design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design• Conduct user testing at every stage of the design and development process• Determine the information architecture to optimize the way users move through, and interact with our product• Experiment, test, and optimize to create delightful, frictionless, and tailored end-to-end experiences• Facilitate workshops with engineers and product managers to establish project scope and explore potential solutions to identified challenges
