The role:

This seasoned designer will oversee converting ideas into visual interfaces that satisfy both user requirements and business objectives. As a Sr. Product (UI/UX) Designer you must be knowledgeable about interface design and can clearly express thoughts and ideas regarding user experience. You are a critical thinker who considers the function of their designs equal to the aesthetics. Successful candidates will be independently driven, self-starters who can develop and execute on a vision.

What you'll do:

Works with other designers, product managers and technology teams to create and implement best in class design solutionsWill do user testing, like user story, design analytics.You'll identify customer problems or opportunities, develop the strategic UX vision, and communicate that narrative across the businessConduct user research and interviews to make insight-driven decisionsCreate wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your designs to the rest of the teamWhat we're looking for:

4+ years of professional experience in a UX, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design role2+ years' experience in at least one of the 3 design pillars: user research, interaction design or visual designBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experienceExperience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user researchExperience working in a software product company, executing design from planning to releaseAn online portfolio or samples of work, with case studies and projects includedStrong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, InVision are a preferred bonus)Additional Valuable Skills:
