Position SummaryThe Retention Marketing Manager is responsible for focusing on the development of promotional plans, optimizing retention strategies, and providing insightful feedback.

This role will be directly responsible for driving the retention of Isagenix customers and opportunities to increase order basket through cross sell and upsell opportunities.

These initiatives will be diverse and could include how we communicate to customers during their onboarding, what products we recommend based on the needs of our customers’, the unboxing experience, loyalty opportunities, and more. The Retention Marketing Manager will oversee a winning retention strategy to drive best-in-class programs for interpreting data into trends and recommendations, improving retention metrics, and driving customer loyalty.

This role will be core to driving revenue and achieving business goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and analytics data to unlock growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses and influence testing roadmap to drive key business outcomes across the subscriber journey.

Use test and learn experimentation methodologies to test hypothesis, execute, drive learnings through retrospective and post promo analysis and scale winning experiences.

Translate campaign / testing requirements into effective briefs for Marketing Operations and Creative teams to ensure clarity on what needs to be delivered.

Deliver personalized, relevant, and impactful communications across our retention marketing channels, leveraging data and customer insights.

Create end-to-end journeys that are relevant, compelling, and customizable to maximize customer engagement and conversion.

Identify relevant customer segments and personalize messaging for each delivering the right offer at the right price and the right time.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and strategies to ensure that customers are set up for success as Isagenix Customers

You will be responsible for both driving bottom-up data-backed recommendations as well as adapting to top-down requirements from executive leadership

Building presentations to effectively communicate trends, insights, and recommendations and timelines to senior leadership.

Using broad industry perspective to interpret competitive information, draw intelligent conclusions, provide assessments at the strategic and tactical level, formulate promo recommendations on proactive and/or reactive actions and take actions to execute upon approved recommendations.

Own and lead holistic retention strategy globally in support of the company’s direct-to-consumer KPIs, primarily LTV, retention rate, repeat revenue, subscriptions, AOV.

Develop, implement, and oversee day to day retention channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, and loyalty programs.

Help make analytical based decisions to drive segmentation, promotional strategy, and customer adoption of new product offerings; you will partner with the data team and product marketing teams to uncover these insights and leverage them across the customer journeys.

Create and maintain retention reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics and flagging any trends or performance issues to senior management and stakeholders; work cross functionally on revenue planning, forecasting, and demand planning.

Support asset planning and production alongside the creative team by providing inputs and project briefs

Serve as subject matter expert on all retention analytics; evaluate and vet new technologies to complement or replace tools in the current tech stack.

Partner with global and cross-functional teams to secure alignment and foster accountability.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.

4+ years of professional marketing or advertising experience, ideally in a retention and churn prevention or start up environment.

Demonstrated mastery of testing and analytic principles and methodologies (e.g. A/B) from beginning to end.

Experience in using marketing technology solutions and analytical tools.

Passion for analyzing and interpreting key customer and behavioral data to reveal insights and formulate hypotheses that will improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes.

Strong understanding of the CRM landscape and experience in leading CRM campaigns, subscription and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and lifetime value.

Demonstrated ability to brief creative team regarding goals and content needed for successful campaigns

Possess a mix of creative and analytical thinking -- customer-focused and brand-obsessed.

Experience in and passion for strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks.

Experience in Network Marketing.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vibes, and WordPress
