Senior Interior Designer

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Interior Designer in Orlando, FL.Responsibilities:Defines design or project elements and processes required to meet client needs, along with participating in and coordinating estimates and proposal/bid preparations. Helps ensure performance to contracts through shared planning and monitoring of work orders and deliverables with engineering, construction, and various other disciplinesPlans and develops design projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities that significantly impact major company programs, including explorationof subject area, definition of scope, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods.Participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project. Coordinates with project management, architects, other designers, andleadership on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.Promotes and maintains client relationships through all project phases. Serves as a firm ambassador in helping to win new work.Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects. Serves as a SME on specialized systems. Develops and applies advanced concepts and approaches to more challenging assignmentsReviews junior staff's work for technical accuracy and provides technical guidance to other professionals and technicians. May lead a multidisciplinary team to complete projectsPerforms quality control reviews and ensure achievement of key milestones. Performs field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects to ensure projects adhere to architectural plans.Maintains professional registration and licensure by ensuring conformance with professional, ethical, educational, and discipline practice requirements.
