**Your Impact**The purpose of this role is to lead the in-house domestic and global media team to deliver multi-media, integrated marketing campaigns (mass and digital) to drive traffic and create a preference for the Lowe's brand. This newly created role has responsibility for developing campaigns and executing over $600MM in advertising. This role also has the responsibility of driving media planning, paid digital and performance marketing including our holistic search strategy both paid and organic. Additionally, this role will lead a new global media leader to help maximize efficiencies and scale our work globally and leads our external agency of record team (30+ people). The right leader will have a strong general media background with an emphasis in media strategy and deep experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment to drive flexibility and agility, and maximize control over our data and campaigns. This role is accountable for creating future best practices and setting new marketing standards and road maps for Lowe's future as marketing evolves to a highly data driven, highly analytical skill set. This role will report into the VP of Retail Marketing and Media.**What you will do**+ Leads internal global team of over 40 media trained experts across media planning, media integration and digital and performance marketing including multi-media channels (traditional TV and radio and digital channels).+ Leads an external media agency of record of over 30+ people to drive the holistic media strategy and execution for Lowe's at ~$600-700M in annual spend to drive results for the company including revenue/sales targets, ROI and ROAS targets+ Responsible in partnership with the other marketing leaders for a traffic scorecard for in-store and online and includes traffic forecasting as a critical element of the role+ Understands consumer motivations and media trends to make and present informed recommendations to Senior Leadership and the broader organization while delivering ROI.+ Works collaboratively and cross-functionally to identify and plan needed capabilities to move Lowe's media team forward+ Leads, mentors, motivates a global media team of over 40 internal team members and 30 external team members and has experience operationalizing work across a domestic and global office landscape+ Supports co-op opportunities by partnering to develop the strategy and delivering the plan to build a Lowe's specific media network. This would allow Lowe's to monetize 1st party data and owned media.+ Has prior experience working in partnership with a retail media network leader to harmonize Lowe's base media planning with vendor funded media planning+ Reports to the VP of Retail Marketing and Media+ Individual Contributor**Required Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Finance or related field+ 12 years progressive marketing experience+ Experience in leading a team+ 10 years' experience managing multi-channel marketing driving both brand media and performance media to serve online and store revenue streams.+ 10 years leadership experience with some time spent managing large multi-level team of reports**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Master's Degree Business, Marketing, Finance or related field**About Lowe’s**Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
