Store Design Coordinator

Clarins, a leading luxury European skincare company, is seeking a Store Design Coordinator for our corporate office in Miami. This position will be responsible for coordinating elements for new designs and maintenance of projects for the Clarins Export & Travel Retail Americas division. This position will report to the Regional Store Designer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design & Maintenance:
Ensure the Brand's image is respected and properly maintained within the guidelines described by Clarins HeadquartersAssist the Regional Store Designer in the development of brand approved designs, technical drawings, construction details, and specifications based on budget, project type, and vendor's criteria, done within a timely manner for both marketsGenerate 3D conceptual renderings and prepare photo montages for counter visualizations as neededCreate and revise multiple design packages simultaneously throughout all stages of designCreate Merchandise Guidelines for new stores only; consisting of allocating appropriate POP, the ordering and implementation of visuals dependent of installation month and launch, and planograms as needed for both marketsRequest quotes and follow up with maintenance requests on existing stores in coordination with the commercial teamProject Management:
Manage the Project Log Database, updating all statuses throughout the various project phasesOrder permanent POP from warehouse for shipping. Communicate and follow-up for order status with Marketing, Commercial, and LogisticsLocal production: Research for local production of fixtures required by the region, when not available from Paris, as neededAssist in Store Design presentations for meetings and seminarsAssist in supervision of Physical implementation of merchandise guidelinesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Design preferredAt least 2 years prior related experience in project ManagementExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAvailability to multitask efficientlyAvailability to TravelDetail oriented, reliable with a strong work ethicEnglish and Spanish SpeakingRequired Technical Skills :
Microsoft Office (Excel/ PowerPoint)Auto CadSketch UpKnowledge of Photoshop and IWD Displayer
