The role:

You will support the marketing department in all daily marketing activities in the development and the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies, animations, and advertising campaigns to create and increase brand awareness.

What you’ll do:

By fulfilling the main mission of this role, you will contribute to all of the 5 pillars of the Group strategy: people-centric, brand-builder, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty.

Promotions/ AnimationsWork with Brand Manager to define base on brand strategy and guidelines, the elements and the display units that will be used to support the launch of a new product while keeping in mind budget, timelines, and allocation./Maintaining an annual project calendar to ensure deadline are respectedManage POP local production full project (design, quotes, POs, production, delivery in warehouse)Monthly photo request to the countries of promotions and installations.Updating the monthly animation recap presentation.Merchandising

Provide countries with all merchandising information to ensure proper merchandising in each POS.Collaborate with the distributors in order to adapt Merchandising Guidelines to the Latin America Region.Follow-up on distributors regarding implementation of podiums, extra spaces and on counter decoration for new product launches and/or other special events, respecting guidelines.Follow up on distributors installations of all in-store visuals (lightboxes) and collateral related to new product launches and facilitate execution to the stores.Work hand on hand with the designer for any New store opening to define Merchandising elements that are needed to be shipped to the storePlanogram

In charge of the creation of custom-made planograms for retailers if necessary.Forecast

Sharing with distributors cleaned Platform1 and Order form for each launch.Follow up with the countries to receive their forecasts on time.Compilating forecasts sent by the countries and creating the Launch plan.Events/ Seminars

Assist with managing and executing national events: seminarWork with Creative on designs and production for all event related collateral and manage timelines for deliveryAdmin. Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing Team with the building and editing of the Order FlowAssist the Marketing Team with the preparation of marketing presentations and marketing plansAssist the Marketing Team updating of the Merchandising Survey.You are:
