We are looking for new members to join our Production Art team in Athens, GA. The Production Art Department is responsible for preparing customer-created designs for various forms of garment decoration. You will work closely with our Customer Service and Production departments to help ensure the finished product is exactly what the customer has envisioned. Plus, we are a t-shirt company, so feel free to wear your favorite tees to work.Full-time and Part-time positions are available.Hours of Operation 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.mResponsibilities
Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to edit and prepare designs for direct-to-garment printing (Remove backgrounds, sharpen images, recreate customer's art, etc.)Create screen separations for customer designsProblem-solve with other departments to provide the best quality productContribute to the employee training and learning processMaintain a positive work environment while being goal and efficiency-focusedRequirementsMust have
a comprehensive knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, including shortcutsThe ability to work efficiently while staying detail-focusedHas exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-taskGreat communication skillsMotivation to work well with a high level of autonomyOpen availability that may include occasional nights and weekendsExperience in screen separation, design shop, and embroidery digitizing is a plusBenefitsPTO for full-time employeesThe starting wage is $13 an hour. After a year of employment, it increases to $14 an hour, and after two years it increases to $15 an hour.Health insurance and matching 401kFree coffee, tea, and food
