UGA Undergrad:

You're a current student at the University of Georgia, expected to graduate in May 2025. Go Dawgs!

Marketing Mastermind:

You understand the marketing funnel from top to bottom, and can craft compelling messaging that resonates with our clients (think business owners and their families).

Customer Success Champion:

You're passionate about building relationships and ensuring our clients get the most out of our services.

Sales Savvy (Not Required, But a Plus!):

Maybe you've honed your sales skills through a summer internship or a killer elevator pitch at a career fair. If so, that's awesome! But even if sales isn't your jam, we can teach you the ropes.

Communication Conquering:

You can switch gears on a dime, crafting engaging social media posts, writing clear and concise emails, and confidently presenting to clients.

Team Player:

You thrive in a collaborative environment and love brainstorming ideas with a supportive team.

The Fine Print:

This is an entry-level role, perfect for launching your career.

US Citizenship or permanent residency is required.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role to start. Think of it as a chance to develop an "owner's mindset" about marketing and customer success. But impress us, and there are significant bonuses and a full-time W2 position waiting for you after graduation!

We're a rapidly growing company, and you'll need to be comfortable with some ambiguity as we streamline our processes for a winning team.

About The Company:

Highland St. Charles is an end-to-end advisory services firm for business owners and their families. We work with Founder-led companies with $1 Million to $50 Million of annual revenue, serving in a fractional, hybrid role for clients, part CFO and part COO. We focus on operational planning (uniting sales, workforce, and product plans, anchored to financials), unit economics and margins, and go-to-market strategy, sales funnels, and process optimization to maximize profitability across the entire business. Our future plans call for adding transaction due diligence, accounting and tax services, marketing and sales operations, and wealth management services. Highland St. Charles is based in Athens, GA.
