Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of graphic design, photography, videography, communications or a closely related field.

Position Summary

The Creative Services Coordinator will be an integral part of the creative team at the University of Georgia Athletic Association, ensuring the production of high-quality video and other visual content for Georgia Athletics. This role will develop and implement video production strategies across all aspects of the athletic department, supporting the creative brand vision and visual storytelling direction.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Proven experience in video production and visual content creation.Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.Excellent storytelling, editing, and graphic design skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of social media platforms (including, but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).Physical Demands

Regularly stand; walk; use hands and reach with arms.Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, and peripheral vision.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but escalates to high during practice and athletic competitions.Driving as needed to perform job duties.

Content Production:

Create and collaborate on video content for Georgia Athletics and its programs, including highlight/interview packages, behind-the-scenes features, student-athlete profiles, long-form stories, social media content, branded content, fan engagement videos, and other departmental videos.Creative Strategy:

Assist in the development and execution of the creative brand vision and visual storytelling direction for Georgia Athletics.Percentage of time 40 Duties/Responsibilities

Social Media:

Support the management of the department's social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others, ensuring consistent and engaging content.Percentage of time 30 Duties/Responsibilities

Collaboration:

Work closely with various teams within the athletic department to produce content that aligns with the strategic goals and brand identity of Georgia Athletics.Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities
