We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team! Currently, we're experiencing sales growth and expansion, so we need to develop our marketing department. We're a tight-knit small to medium-sized team doing great things.
The Marketing Assistant will monitor the development of marketing support collateral and ensure all deadlines are met. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person, who works well under pressure and has excellent written communication skills. The successful candidate will have a background in both business and design and will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment on various projects. This is a position of growth, meaning that if you are weak in print, social media, or another area, we will help you grow in those areas.
Responsibilities:
Social Media, content creation, email marketing, print design, video content creation
Provide support services to marketing staff
Maintain records of marketing metrics
Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with projects and campaigns
Administer marketing research and data analysis studies
Perform clerical work in support of the marketing department
Social media management
Designing printed materials
Qualifications:
Previous experience in digital marketing or other related fields
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
Strong design and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with Video production and editing
Experience with designing for print
Experience with WordPress website content management
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications on a Mac computer
