We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and our outside sales team by providing product & service information, resolving issues, product sampling, trade show support and supporting LinkedIn corporate landing page. This job will offer flexibility around your schedule working 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Trade Show Support
Manage LinkedIn corporate landing page
Support outside sales team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
