Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the linchpin between our sales, marketing, and administrative teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and successful marketing initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of our products, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge:

Learn and stay updated on our products, systems, and processes to effectively assist clients and support the sales team.

2. Client Support:

Address client inquiries related to benefits, billing, IDs, and other relevant topics promptly and professionally.

Assist clients with retrieving, uploading, tracking, and completing necessary documentation, such as DMI documentation.

3. Client Renewals and Acquisition:

Renew current clients, especially off-marketplace clients, by conducting a thorough Needs Analysis, providing quotes, and completing applications.

Input client data accurately into our Agency Management System (AMS) for efficient tracking and management.

4. Delinquency Management:

Assist in managing delinquencies by making outbound calls, checking the FB system for updates, and advising clients on rewards and incentives.

Work on the cancel list from the FB system, ensuring accuracy, and reach out to clients with the aim of retaining their business.

5. Administrative Tasks:

Collect outstanding binders and other necessary documentation from clients.

Process termination requests by collecting documentation, sending to the FB system, and updating AMS accordingly.

Collect On-Marketplace Consumer Consent Forms as required.

6. Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments for clients and team members efficiently, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

7. Digital Marketing Support:

Utilize digital marketing skills to support marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Assist in creating and managing digital marketing assets as needed.

Requirements:

215 License (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities) – within the first 3 months of employment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

Salary Range $40,000-$50,000 DOE
