Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales Counselor. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Counselor in managing client interactions and maintaining strong relationships.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours.

Prepare and organize sales materials, contracts, and documentation.

Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

Conduct market research and gather data to support sales activities.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our custom home building services.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective communication.

Support the Sales Counselor in organizing and participating in sales events, open houses, and community outreach activities.

Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the home building or real estate industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM systems and sales software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
