Key Result Areas:

Ability to assist with the day-to-day activities of the direct supervisorPrepare promotions and/or analysis for Business Manager’s final reviewSkills and Knowledge:

Well developed interpersonal skills, organized, multi-tasker, team player, creative, sense of urgency, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, accurate data entry skills

Principle Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate monthly pricing and promotional pricing by working with accounting team and pricing managerMaintain promotional and appointment calendars as related to customers and clientsMaintain a close and highly responsive relationship in the day-to-day activities of Business Manager, while also working independentlyManage assigned vendor trade systems (input/extract day to day maintenance, promotional events)Prepare sales reports as requested by Business Manager or client for analysisProspect client analysis to include research, Nielsen, pricing, and item level SKU dataRun and analyze market information (i.e. Nielsen, Empower IT) and possess the critical thinking skills to draw accurate conclusionsTrack presentations and category reviews submitted to retail customers, analyzing final results for future presentations and planningCompletion and management of various forms required by retail customers, including new item forms, promotional calendars, buyer appointment requests, category reviews etc.Perform general administrative duties as assignedPerform ad hoc requests for Business Manager as deemed necessary for service to client and retail customerPossess the ability to create, control and coordinate time sensitive calendars, submission dates, appointments and related deadlinesPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties, including but not limited to:

POS requirementsCoordinate distribution of product samples and couponsVerifying bi-monthly shelf tagsMonthly syndicated data analysis of category and manufacturer businessesProvide new item sales and overview material upon receipt from DeCAProvide necessary selling material for field mandatory packagesOverseas pricingIn store product demonstration coordinationDisplay Period category analysis

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience, in a business or marketing discipline.

5 years related experience (preferred) in a similar capacity
