The US Vaccines team is seeking a Senior Director US Marketing, Zoster. The successful candidate will have a proven record of US marketing strategy development and execution, people leadership and commercial goal attainment. This is a highly visible and strategically important role for GSK. We are looking for an inspiring commercial leader and highly experienced marketer who can lead the way!

This role will be the US marketing lead for GSK's shingles vaccine, reporting to the VP of Marketing for US Vaccines. This person will play a critical role in driving continued growth for the brand and growth in the immunization rate for shingles in the US.

You will be accountable to drive US brand strategy and execution, lead a team of US marketers plus a team of cross-functional stakeholders, and maximize ambition.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's degree8+ years commercial experience including sales or marketing (with minimum of 4 years in marketing) with experience in:

Brand lifecycle managementSenior leader engagementMatrix team leadershipCategory / disease and product strategy developmentCustomer insight, messaging, campaign, creative developmentAgency managementBudget management; P&L ownership

Experience in US healthcare brand marketingExperience in direct people managementPreferred Qualifications:
