GENERAL SUMMARY:

A graphic designer leads art asset development for print and digital content. This role will work closely with product development and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content. The graphic designer will have experience creating and managing production files for trade shows and related events, social media, the web, and advertisements, both print and digital, along with sales collateral to help with the buying process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Creation and oversight of all design projects, from brainstorming through all facets of the production process of marketing assets, both print and digital.Manage the team workflow with internal customers to ensure due dates are met.Ensure the visual style guide and template requirements meet corporate standards for all marketing assets, including coordinating with the global team on the use of the design guidelinesStaying up to date with marketing trends and design trends to ensure effective promotionsCreating original illustrations and infographicsStaying current with graphic design software modifications and capabilitiesManaging inventory of all graphic assets and exhibit materialsBudget tracking for all graphic projects and exhibitsSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

BA degree in graphic design or similar work experience3+ years of demonstrated experience working on graphic design and art productionDiligent and strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to juggle details to meet critical event deadlinessolid understanding of the production process for a variety of print and digital projectsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro)Experience working with 3D and motion graphics is a plusSelf-motivated, creative, and strategic problem solver and original thinker, with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work as a team player on collaborative marketing projectsExperience in demonstrating versatility and adaptability to creatively problem-solveA willingness to embrace change and adapt strategies as neededProven track record managing multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to detailOpen-minded and able to accept and incorporate constructive feedbackAbility to work independentlyHave a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product

COMMUNICATION/INTERFACE:

Interfaces with internal customers in order to acquire information to design and build assets for marketing programs for the company and work with global team to ensure design consistency in accordance with corporate brand standards.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Accountable to ensure that products are effectively promoted through the production of high-quality materials within budget and distributing to customers, constituents and sales personnel on time.

Evaluate data and establish priorities for documentation; determine the appropriate level and scope of revisions; determine document conventions; determine factors affecting the physical production of the document.
