As a Staff Product Designer, you'll shape seamless product experiences for both B2B and B2Ccreators across our client's company. With a proven track record in innovative design, you'll lead the development of end-to-end products and design systems driven by metrics. Your startup mindset and leadership experience, coupled with a passion for UX/UI design, make you the perfect fit.

What we're looking for :

Over 8 years of product design experience, including 4+ years specifically focused on

B2B SaaS

platforms.Demonstrated leadership in UX/UI for both B2C and B2B products, with a track record of success in organizations emphasizing rigorous design principles and extensive testing.Proven ability to lead user research and usability testing initiatives.Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrated success in designing innovative customer journeys, crafting multiple end-to-end products, and developing design systems driven by metrics.Possess a startup/scale-up mindset, along with a proven ability to mentor designers and lead cross-functional teams.Extensive background in designing analytics dashboards and tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.A passion for UX/UI design evident in both professional and personal pursuits.Strong emphasis on

data analytics
