Role Summary

This position will primarily support our Executive Leadership team in creating standardized presentation templates, compiling data from all areas of the company, and creating new marketing materials. This role will also work closely with HR, IT and sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequest, research and organize various corporate data information which feeds across both sales & marketing assets and presentations.Create executive presentationsWork with Sales/Business Development on creating marketing materialsSupports and organizes Exteriors events, customer shows and internal meetingsCollaborates with team on social media and communications initiatives.Participate in meetings with marketing & agency suppliers.Supports industry analysis and sales assetsAssist with administration, as required.Key Qualifications/Requirements

Some related experience preferredEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School DiplomaEither Currently Attending a College or University or completed a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.Additional Information

Must have a high level of proficiency in PowerPointExperience in creating large presentationsAbility to create standard presentation templatesProficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft OfficeProfessional Communication skills (written and verbal)Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.
