As a Product Marketing Manager on the LMS Product Marketing team focused on partners and developers, you will help shape the product strategy and go-to-market for our APIs, drive partner insights and evangelize partner needs and grow developer engagement with LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can develop data-driven business cases for action, create compelling narratives for our partners, and is able to successfully prioritize and manage complex workstreams. The ideal candidate balances strategic go-to-market planning, content development, sales enablement, project management and stakeholder engagement and can quickly pivot from strategy to get-it-done mode.

Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of the partner and subject matter expert by gathering and structuring key partner, market, and competitive intelligence to influence product roadmap and prioritization.

Build go-to-market strategy and lead execution plans for key partner products and continually optimize campaigns to drive results, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Create impactful messaging and positioning and launch materials to facilitate seamless and scaled product launches.

Lead sales enablement to evangelize the partner solutions and grow product adoption.

Support lifecycle marketing initiatives to foster partner relationships and grow their business with LinkedIn.

Participate as a critical business stakeholder on Partners and APIs, monitoring KPIs and partner feedback to propose solutions where appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of B2B marketing, technology marketing, or product marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B tech product marketing, developer marketing, or integrated marketing

Experience executing GTM plans including positioning, messaging, field enablement.

Experience in the advertising space working with third-party developers building tools on top of public APIs.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and product launches with many stakeholders (including engineers, data scientists, and designers) and leverage the people and resources around you to get things done

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex content into a clear and cohesive story.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact

High EQ with the ability to build impactful cross-functional relationships across large and diverse teams.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
