This position is fully remote - The applicant must reside in the metropolitan area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google, Bing, Amazon, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

The primary focus will be to leverage paid channels to drive traffic and acquire new customers. This role requires an understanding of paid advertising strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing. This position will work closely with cross-functional partners in day-to-day execution across all platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Collaborate with the Graphics Solutions Team and Digital Marketing Team to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy, optimized for each platform and audience segment.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Manage content calendars and scheduling to maintain a consistent online presence.

Paid Digital Advertising Media Management:

Support the Digital Marketing Analyst in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, including SEM, Amazon advertising, Paid Social, display advertising, and retargeting.

Create and implement ad campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand affinity.

Analyze metrics and insights to optimize performance and identify trends.

Monitor ad performance and budget allocation to optimize ROI and drive conversion.

Analytics and Reporting:

Assist conducting A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Prepare reports on key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and proactively identify new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

At least 1 year of full-time work experience in digital marketing.

Skills and Behaviors:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excel skills required, including formula creation.

Digital advertising experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally internally and manage relationships with external partners.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
