Senior Marketing Coordinator

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working in collaboration with Quality Oil business leaders and the marketing team to serve the marketing needs of Quality Oil Company, LLC. This includes working closely with the creative director, loyalty coordinator, and digital marketing specialist to facilitate market research, create marketing materials, coordinate projects or events, and track effectiveness of marketing efforts. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will help ensure operational synergy and execution of marketing activities. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will strive to maintain and increase brand awareness and market share within the QOC areas of business. This person will work with multiple divisions dealing with leadership teams with very diverse businesses and backgrounds and must have a strong understanding of multichannel and cross channel marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

Assist the VP of Marketing with the development of annual marketing plans and associated budgets for each business unit;Help communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the marketing team, and provide instructions for execution;Content creation for various projects including editing and a strategic eye to ensure effective communication;Maintain and increase brand awareness and implement programs to uphold company image;Assist in sponsorship activities and enhance community presence;Organize tradeshows and company promotions;Assist in all areas of the company on per request marketing initiatives;Help manage sign ordering, fulfillment, and distributionOrdering and maintaining inventory of company branded items/swag;Handle multiple assignments and work as a team player in a collaborative environment against multiple deadlines;Review and proofread all presentations and marketing materials;Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members;Other duties as assignedQualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills — ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to target audiences;Experience with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong commitment to quality work and high productivity with attention to detailProven web and social networking marketing success and knowledge5+ years of marketing planning and execution experienceAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to deal effectively with individuals at all business levelsAbility to represent the company in a professional manner at all timesSome travel to meetings in various locations may be required
