Marketing Campaign Sr. Manager

What are we looking for?

As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager at Blueshift, you will develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You are also a talented writer who is analytical-minded. You are equally comfortable with running digital and offline marketing campaigns.

You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of your job responsibilities and can communicate effectively with teammates and customers. This role will report to the VP of Marketing. You work best in a bold, work-hard, play-hard environment. You are adept at setting organizational key performance metrics, using analytics for decision-making, and enjoy team mentorship, camaraderie, and multitasking, all while working in a fun fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution and Management:Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, events, and webinars.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials into the market.Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize tactics to maximize ROI and achieve targets on an ongoing basis.Content Development and Messaging:

Work closely with content creators, designers, and subject matter experts to develop compelling campaign content.Provide recommendations for email nurtures and write landing page and email copy.Leverage and extend clear, concise messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates Blueshift's value proposition in demand generation programs across all marketing channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with campaign strategy, product marketing, sales, content, and web to ensure campaign messaging and tactics alignment.Provide guidance and support to regional and field marketing teams for localized campaign execution.Prioritize work, secure resources, and identify gaps on a weekly basis.Campaign Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, meetings held, pipeline contribution and revenue attribution.Regularly conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and demand generation.Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to establish meaningful relationships with peers to solve challenges or drive decisions.Knowledge of the technology industry, networking solutions, and/or enterprise software is a plus.Creative thinker adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and comfortable adding new ideas.Proven proficiency in the English language (English language fluency is preferred)Self-starterExperience with ABM is a plusWhy Work With Us?
