About the Role

The Marketing Technologist is a talented and motivated individual, who will primarily support our Marketing Communications Department. As a Marketing Technologist, this individual will contribute to the management and implementation of technological solutions in alignment with our company's innovation goals, marketing strategies, and objectives. Additionally, this individual will support the maintenance and documentation of current systems and collaborate with our Marketing Communications team, our Software Developers, and Knowledge Managers to identify, develop, and deploy innovative software, automations, and artificial intelligence tools.Primary Responsibilities

Develop custom automations and identifying and implementing partnered solutions for process efficiency.Manage CRM database and reporting.Optimize SEO and digital marketing strategies including google analytics, website integration tools, digital advertising platforms to enhance our business development and client engagement and attract talent.Provide ongoing maintenance support to existing products.Create technical documentation for new and existing products as required.Develop training materials for new products and coordinate with the Knowledge Management (KM) team for training and distribution.Provide technical support for beta testers.Develop in-house AI models using various techniques including computer vision, speech recognition & synthesis, natural language processing, machine learning, knowledge representation & reasoning, and search & optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and corporate teams on application development to support workflow efficiency needs.Minimum

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft365.1-4 years of experience.Working knowledge of Adobe Premier, After Effects, Camtasia, Canva, and other related platforms.Working knowledge of WordPress and Squarespace.Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platforms and other related programming tools.Working knowledge of SpecLink.Working knowledge of low-code/traditional development

Location: New York, RemoteSalary Range:

$90,000-$105,000
