Responsibilities :
Development of marketing collateral materialsConduct website maintenance, updatesManage resources and track budgets within timelineCreate and manage project plans utilizing Workfront, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, WebEx.Direct creative teams based on client feedbackRequirements :
2+ years as a Project Coordinator in an agency or in-house positionAuthorized to work in the United States of AmericaAble to start ASAPStrategic thinker and can handle multiple priorities at a timeFamiliar with project management tools and software (Workfront)Comfortable working face to face with clients and stakeholdersExperience in the healthcare or insurance industries a plus!
