Role/Title: Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Remote (Must be local to King of Prussia, PA area for occasional on-site meetings.)Long-term FreelancePay Rate - Up to $25hr

Clutch is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist that has experience in optimizing marketing processes and projects, contributing significantly to the overall success of the marketing function.
Responsibilities:• Project Management
o Support Senior Manager, Marketing Operations on strategic company/marketing projects.
o Manage marketing tactical projects.• Marketing Technology Management
o Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms and other marketing technologies.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing systems.
o Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for marketing software.• Training and Documentation
o Provide training to Marketing teams on the use of marketing technologies and tools.
o Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Marketing Operations.• Marketing Operations
o Support budget tracking.
o Support Marketing Communication planning cycle.
o Vendor management
o Administrative support• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.• Proven experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role.• Proficiency in Marketing automation platforms.• Strong analytical skills.• Excellent project management and organizational skills.• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.• A dedicated team player ready to step in and provide assistance to ensure team's success.• Required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
