LMCU is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Director who will work closely with the account executives, channel leaders, and LMCU business units to create an effective marketing conversion funnel helping meet the KPIs for the business units. The Senior Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for the company's digital marketing funnel, including the management email, marketing automation and digital media buys. This role is responsible for scaling cost-effective acquisition campaigns across social, search and native advertising. This role contributes to the overarching strategic marketing plans, using analytics to inform decisions and drive execution of campaigns against the credit unions goals. It also serves as a collaborative partner to our web and social media leaders.

What you'll do:

Lead a team overseeing marketing automation, including drip emails, conversion rate optimization, and analytics.Serve as advisor to the marketing team and LMCU business leaders, leveraging data and insights to drive revenue through our digital channels.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, especially in new markets. Including digital ads, landing page optimization, retargeting, drip emails - all tied together in one campaign view and forwarded via workflows.Implement AB/multivariate testing and optimization program to improve lead conversion. Partner with the Marketing Data Analyst to create dashboards and reports to measure effectiveness of digital marketing tactics. Use segmentation through P$ycle data and Audience Anywhere platform to reach our best audience for conversion by product targeting both members and nonmembers.Develop a lead scoring strategy with an RFM model tagging prospects as lead, MQL, SQL and partner with the account executive/business unit sales for pipeline management and automation. Create a mining strategy to nurture prospects who aren't ready to move forward in the funnel by delivering quality financial educating marketing content, partnering with account executives and channel managers to develop.Assist to calculate and manage the cost per acquisition and calculation of the lifetime customer value to ensure good fiduciary management of the digital budget.Stay on top of digital marketing trends and overall market trends that may impact the conversion funnel. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital marketing or product marketing role.Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing marketing teams.Minimum of 5 years of experience with vendor management.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, merchandising or related field of study. Master's degree, preferred.Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights.Experienced with Microsoft office suite.Experience with SEM and SEO, Google Analytics, Google Console.Familiar with social media campaigns, content management systems and digital marketing tactics.
