We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Freelance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on B2B communication and managing sponsorship storytelling for a leading tech brand. This hybrid position can be located in either Los Angeles, CA or Washington DC and involves supporting and executing sponsorship strategies, managing deliverables, and enhancing sponsor engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management and B2B communications experience in coordinating with partners, agencies, and stakeholders to drive successful sponsorship campaigns and ensure robust ROI for sponsors.

Hourly rate range - $40-48/hrResponsibilities:

Sponsorship Support:Implement and manage the sponsorship strategy to integrate partners into events and platforms in ways that deliver strong ROI and enhance overall event experiences.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify and leverage opportunities for sponsor participation and engagement.Oversee and manage all deliverables and timelines related to sponsorship packages, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Collaborate with 3rd party event agencies to guide and ensure the timely execution of sponsorship deliverables.

Sponsor Campaign Amplification:Develop and execute campaigns to amplify sponsor participation and visibility across various platforms.Coordinate with sponsors to enhance their engagement and maximize the impact of their sponsorship investmentAct as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing communications and providing support to address their needs and inquiries.Develop and refine processes to improve sponsor support capabilities and enhance their experience.

Agency Collaboration:Work closely with third-party event agencies, guiding them to ensure the effective and timely delivery of sponsorship program deliverables.Ensure that all agency activities align with the brand's strategic goals and sponsorship objectives.

Project Management:Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans for sponsorship activities.Manage all aspects of deliverables and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet the defined objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing B2B communications and managing project timelines and deliverablesStrong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partnersA mind for storytelling as a marketing functionIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
