Brand Marketing Manager who can run our Brand Marketing efforts .
• Brand strategy: Develop strategies that resonate with the target audience and communicate the brand's values, mission, and products• Marketing campaigns: Manage marketing campaigns across different platforms, such as print, broadcast, and online, and analyze their success• Collaboration: Work with colleagues across multiple departments, such as advertising, PR, and product design, to ensure brand consistency• Competitive analysis: Monitor competitors to stay ahead of the competition• Project management: Oversee projects through various stages of development, including suggesting budget and resource allocation• Sephora Account Management: (Retail + Dotcom)• Manage Digital Agency: Paid Advertising and Creative for Ads• Oversee the Website and Email Marketing (in collaboration with our Email Marketer)• Manage Branded Content Across Channels...Wholesale, Digital, Sephora, and Social• Social Media Marketing: Manage Collabs and Giveaways A strong creative ability is preferred.• Experience with Canva, PPT or another design program is required.
Requirements
• MUST currently be a Brand Marketing Manager at beauty company• MUST live in SoCal• Must have min of 3-5 years experience. No more and No less
