are an essential part of our corporate business support team. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with a variety of marketing tasks, including marketing campaign execution, paid and organic social media, marketing data analysis, print collateral coordination, website management, and more.This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is excited to learn from a great team in a supportive environment. The marketing coordinator must be very detail-oriented and organized and must be able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and successfully manage deadlines. Excellent project management and communication skills will be essential.This is a hybrid position and requires up to four in-office days per month in Wexford, PA.Key Responsibilities:Assist the marketing team with multi-channel campaign execution by coordinating webpage creation and updates, third-party listings, paid and organic social media, local listings, print materials, email campaigns, and additional channels as appropriate.Work across teams and markets to coordinate campaign execution for new locations and new mental healthcare providers.Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns with external print and digital vendors.Execute email marketing campaigns, collect campaign data to measure success.Execute paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms, collect campaign data to measure success.Support the development and maintenance of internal tools such as SOPs, trackers, and content inventories.Perform quality assurance tasks, including regular audits of all marketing collateral and channels to ensure proper branding and accuracy.Assist with the organization’s internal communications program by creating presentations, posting on internal platforms to increase engagement, and supporting internal branding efforts.Assist the team with marketing data analysis. Tasks include organizing data, preparing marketing activity reports, and creating presentations.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma (required)1-2 years of traditional and digital marketing experience, including content and social media marketing. (preferred)Experience using Canva, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, or similar design, social media, and email marketing platforms is a plus. (preferred)Basic graphic design and HTML skills preferred, but not required.
