Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing division with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team. This is not a REMOTE position, must be in person and local to metro Atlanta. Responsibilities: • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Regularly update social media and respond to followers • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Assist with Events • Create and conduct small interviews and podcasts Qualifications: • Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Digital marketing or social media strategist experience required • Illustrator, WordPress, Wix, Adobe & Photoshop, and Canva experience strongly preferred and/or required • Project management a PLUS • Multi-task • Experience with SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video • Must be a TEAM PLAYER • Ability to work independently on projects • Position is located in our Corporate Office - Duluth Compensation: $37,000 - $40,000 yearly
