We are seeking an energetic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at dermani MEDSPA. As a Digital Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer acquisition. You will focus on SEO, Paid Search (PPC), and Paid Social Media campaigns to optimize visibility and engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

This is a hybrid role with 1+ days at the Duluth Office. This role will have oversight from the social media marketing manager and will collaborate with our corporate team, outside agency, and franchise owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic for specific markets across the United States.

Update website pages with new content on an ongoing basis.

Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and lead generation.

Plan and implement paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness and leads.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization on an ongoing basis

Collaborate with the social media marketing manager to implement new creative for paid social campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, recommending innovative strategies to achieve objectives.

Attend weekly marketing touchbases, quarterly marketing brainstorms, and yearly planning sessions.

Have an in-depth understanding of location offerings and seasonality of treatments.

Understand the key competitors in different markets to further optimize strategies and campaigns.

Assist in developing the yearly editorial calendar, providing insights on upcoming digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, and paid social media.

Must be located in the Atlanta / Greater Atlanta area with the ability to commute once a week (or more as needed).

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager / Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions and strategy.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Knowledge in the medspa or wellness industry.

Knowledge of local SEO strategies and tools.

Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing innovations.

Salary Estimate: $50,000 to $58,000+ per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer additional benefits such as healthcare, PTO, 401K + match, and professional development opportunities.
