The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC, SEO, website building, and brand development, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads. • Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. • Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings. • Build, maintain, and update the company website to ensure a seamless user experience. • Develop and implement brand development strategies to enhance the company's online presence. • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for various digital channels. • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, website building, and brand development. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and brand development. Compensation: $65,000 yearly
