Overview
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Podcast Director & Videographer to help us scale our podcast, film content across Las Vegas, and build a strong YouTube/Instagram presence around our entrepreneurial journey. You’ll be leading production, editing, and execution of the podcast, while also creating engaging video content that fuels audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Direction- Oversee end-to-end production of Plotting Success Podcast (1–2 episodes/week)
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
- Collaborate with Vlad on episode topics, guest prep, and story structure
- Handle post-production: editing, intros/outros, audio cleanup, publishing
- Manage YouTube uploads, thumbnails, descriptions, and SEO
- Clip short-form videos for reels (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Film behind-the-scenes footage at project sites, team meetings, and events
- Plan and shoot raw, personal, story-driven content that connects with our audience
- Edit videos into reels, vlogs, and documentary-style storytelling
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Vlad’s personal brand
- Track analytics and advise on what’s working to increase views & engagement
- Coordinate release calendar across podcast platforms and social media
- Suggest viral hooks, trending formats, or new video ideas weekly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of videography/editing experience (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experienced with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and mics
- Ability to lead on set and manage a shoot with minimal direction
- Great storytelling instincts and interest in entrepreneurship/real estate
- Self-starter who can keep projects moving fast with high quality
- Bonus: Experience growing a podcast or YouTube channel
Compensation
$20 - $30 hourly
