Responsibilities Create Captivating Visuals: Develop eye-catching branded marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, and web copy, ensuring professional and compelling presentation. Video Production: Use your video editing skills to produce engaging content that highlights our properties and showcases our unique approach to real estate. Campaign Execution: Support sales agents in executing strategic campaigns through effective communication, digital marketing, and advertising strategies. Analytics and Improvement: Provide monthly reports on web and social media analytics, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement. Digital Presence Management: Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content remains current and relevant, maintaining a strong online presence. Social Media Mastery: Manage social media accounts actively, engaging with the audience, responding promptly, and keeping platforms lively. Tech-Savvy Approach: Leverage familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, PR, and brand identity to stay ahead of trends. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong communication and project management skills to ensure seamless team collaboration. Reporting and Optimization: Monthly analysis of website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation, with suggestions for optimization. Content Creation: Write social media posts, web content, blogs, and other copy aligned with marketing goals. Platform Management: Maintain social media platforms, including messaging and engagement. Website and SEO Management: Keep website content, mailing lists, and SEO updated and effective. Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in advising and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies. Qualifications Proven experience with Canva, video editing, and AI in real estate marketing. At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations. Strong communication and project management skills, with drive and initiative. Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and landscape. 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
