Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

SEM Optimization: Optimize content and web pages for search engines to improve visibility and organic search rankings. Determine when to use PPC and when to use SEO

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives

Manage Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM and social media

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns

Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all digital channels. Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content

Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize online paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Annual PPC spends approximately $120K

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Collaboration: Work with creative agency to build or improve landing pages and optimize user experience

Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field

2-5 years (preferred, but not required) of experience in digital marketing or a related field (a portfolio of work accomplished will be requested regardless of level of professional experience)

Experience in B2B marketing (preferred)

Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools such as MOZ and SEM Rush, social media management tools)

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and website analytics

Excellent communication and creative thinking skills

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Ability to self-motivate and work independently

HTML/CSS knowledge, development of E-commerce sites, and understanding of UX/UI principles preferred

Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot certifications are a plus
