Job Description

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager for our growing Marketing team. We're searching for a candidate who can create and manage the successful execution of key marketing initiatives and ongoing projects. This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.

Responsibilities:Be the eyes, ears, and voice of current and future collectors, applying an understanding of insights, demographics, and psychographics to develop and influence marketing programs.Build & lead marketing plan and executions that increase awareness and purchase.Define custom Hobby/Retail programming in collaboration with Product teams.Direct & Collaborate with full Marketing & Media teams to increase outcomes.Ensure all marketing efforts are implemented following appropriate guidelines.Live the Marketing standards (Sense of urgency, Innovation, calculated risk-taking, and integrity) and lead by example.Proven people management and leadership experience.Highly effective communicator and collaboratorSelf-motivated and highly organized to support day-to-day evolving tasks and projects within a team and independentlyPassionate about sports and consumer brands and knowledge of the trading card and collectibles spacePresent campaign performance and findings to senior leadership.Experience Needed:

7+ years' experience (including structured internships/work placements) within a marketing team at a brand, or within an account management/strategy role within a marketing agency.Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

The salary range for this position is $135,000-$170,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.

Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.
