The Role:

As part of the Marketing team at Fanatics Collect, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to drive and manage key product initiatives and concepts. This candidate will spend a majority of their time developing and executing strategies that support Fanatics Collect's audience growth, while keeping an eye on overall performance and incorporating customer feedback to improve our products and services. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic and creative vision, strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and product marketing experience, including internationally. Additionally, the ideal candidate has worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast with a lot of urgency. Finally, the ability to ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to manage changing priorities is second nature to this position.

Responsibilities:Bring a point of view to the team, informing and guiding strategic decisions related to product marketingLead the consumer insights practice inclusive of qualitative and quantitative research, establishing a culture of consumer obsession internallyRepresent the customers point of view internally with Product, Design, Marketing and other cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of innovative experiences, and identify future opportunities for audience growthLead the definition and development of the business strategy across the organization that is grounded in the consumer journey framework, user insights and market dynamicsDevelop value propositions for key product concepts that, in partnership with Product, Design, Engineering and Marketing teams, demonstrate clear impact on strategic growth goals.Partner with Commercial and Product teams to identify and refine PMF in international marketsOwn GTM for key product launches and moments, and awareness, intent and qualified demand throughout product lifePartner with the brand marketing team on the development of marketing programs and strategies that tap into consumer insightsQualifications:

8+ years experience with product marketing for digital consumer products, preferably marketplacesCombination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical executionExperience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategyExperience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environmentExperience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including Production, Brand, Sales and External CommunicationsPreferred Qualifications

Product Marketing experience with consumer marketplacesProduct Marketing experience of international launchesExperience with both early-stage products/marketplaces and established products/marketplacesExperience with end-to-end product lifecycle managementBA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field

The salary range for this position is $173,000- $217,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.

Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.
