We are looking for a talented AEM Author to join our team. As an AEM Author you will be responsible for developing, managing and content publishing on client websites via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), as well as other web content management or marketing automation tools such as Wordpress, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Adobe Marketo and Hubspot. You are expected to have hands-on knowledge of AEM and other CMS tools. You will also need a comprehensive understanding of web designing languages like Javascript, HTML & CSS. The position will also require you to work on landing pages and/or emails, so it is good to have experience with email and/or digital marketing.

Please note that this is not an AEM Developer role. The primary responsibility of this role will be building content pages using pre-existing templates with little to no development work required.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to plan client page implementationsAttend client meetings and act as a subject matter expert on front end AEM content authoringLoad, edit and test website, email and landing page content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other tools to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.Understand and adapt to various client processes for implementing content including naming conventions, digital asset manager compliance, tagging, etc.Review, implement and cross check changes from clients while maintaining timelinesFacilitate development work needed when beyond basic web designing languagesQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or related field.3-5 years of experience with web content management and/or marketing automation tools, with at least 2 years of direct Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Expert ability to create, manage and publish pages in AEMProficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a huge plusFamiliarity with responsive design principles and frameworksStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Working knoweldge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc, as well as Adobe tools such as Acrobat and XD neededGood to have - knowledge of workflow tools, specifically WorkfrontGood to have - experience with Adobe XD filesGood to have - experience working with other marketing automation platforms, such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Adobe Marketo, and HubSpotAdditional Information to note (not things going public, just for our knowledge)

While some coding may be required initially, this is not a development-focused position but rather a web content management role.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to cross-train team members and may be involved in ongoing projects for other clients besides CDW.Previous experience with analytics tools and skills is a plus but not required.
